Katherine is a Betrayal Trauma Recovery Coach with over 25 years of experience. She believes that every woman can truly heal from the devastating experience of Betrayal Trauma and all forms of domestic abuse.
Katherine empowers victims to reclaim their power as they move toward safety & healing. She helps women unpack societal & false religious messages women receive, messages that often lead victims to feeling trapped in unsafe relationships.
She encourages women to reframe their thinking, replace limiting beliefs, and embrace their own intrinsic worth. With deep compassion, she supports women at each stage of their unique healing journey.

Katherine is a Professionally Trained Life & Leadership Coach (PTLC & PCLC-c). She is working on her certificiation with the Associate Certified Coach (ACC-c). She is a trained abuse specialist, & companion to the oppressed, she is currently training with Center For Peace to become a Certified Abuse Specialist (CAS).
