Coach Chantelle is a yoga instructor with over 17 years experience. She is passionate about helping women care for themselves, guiding them to find peace through movement and breath. Yoga helps women become grounded and present, and most importantly helps women get in tune with their bodies and strengthen their inner voice. She has yoga certifications from Corena Hammer, Yoga Edge and is RYT certified.
